Conduct of Self-Program MS/MPhil & PhD Review Report
QEC organized the Evaluation of Postgraduate Programs of The University of Faisalabad.
Professor Dr. Asim Mansha, Director QEC from Government College University Faisalabad conducted a three-day Self-Review of Postgraduate Programs of The University of Faisalabad on 17-19 April 2024.
The competent authority from The University of Faisalabad formally invited Professor Dr. Asim Mansha (Director QEC) as an external evaluate and team members including Prof Dr. Aman Ullah Malik (Director Student Affair), Prof Dr Muhammad Aashiq (Dean, Engineering and Technology) , Prof Dr. Majid (Head Department of Computer Sciences), and Prof Dr. Umar ud Din (Professor, Department of English language and Literature) conducted the Self-Review of Postgraduate Degree Programs being offered at TUF and the QEC team welcomed all the members and briefed about TUF and offered postgraduate programs.
The team members thoroughly evaluated the evidences and files presented against the given criteria submitted by the academic departments using the HEC-QAA forms following a series of meetings with the Heads of Departments for further clarification about the QAA forms prepared by respective departments. On the basis of the evaluation, the team members prepared a detailed finding report covering the strengths and weaknesses of the programs.
The external evaluator applauded the extended efforts of the team members for identifying the areas for improvement of postgraduate programs in the exit meeting. He further expressed the importance of such activities that may uplift the overall quality of postgraduate programs.
