The Office of Institutional Quality Assessment and Effectiveness (IQAE/QEC)
IQAE/QEC have clear authority within the institution to develop, deliver and manage quality assurance policies and procedures. The offices is led by a Director who directly reports to the Rector. IQAE include staff aligned to each faculty or department, to help ensure effective and consistent operation across the institution. The IQAE will promote ways to engage students in quality assurance, including in the Office’s own operation.
The role of the IQAE is crucial in enabling the university to develop an organizational quality culture oriented to enhancing the quality of its programs.
