QEC-TUF Successfully Conducts IQC Meeting for PREE Assessment and Self-Graduate Program Review 2025–26

Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), The University of Faisalabad (TUF) successfully conducted a meeting of the Institutional Quality Circle (IQC) on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, to undertake the PREE Assessment and Self-Graduate Program Review for the academic year 2025-26. The meeting was organized as a key milestone in preparation for the Yearly Progress Report (YPR) 2025-26, reaffirming the University's commitment to strengthening academic quality and continuous institutional improvement.

The session was chaired by Prof Dr Aman Ullah Malik, Worthy Rector, The University of Faisalabad, in his capacity as Chairman, Institutional Quality Circle (IQC), and attended by the Registrar, IQC Members, Heads of Departments, and Program Team Members. During the meeting, participants reviewed the PREE assessment process, examined program documentation, and discussed the readiness of academic programmes for the upcoming Yearly Progress Report. Program Teams presented their finalized PREE reports and supporting academic evidence for institutional review.

The discussions emphasized the importance of evidence-based self-assessment, effective documentation, and continuous quality enhancement to ensure compliance with national quality assurance standards. Participants reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening programme quality through collaborative review, timely implementation of recommendations, and continuous monitoring of academic performance.

Concluding the session, the Chair appreciated the active participation and dedicated efforts of the IQC members, Heads of Departments, and Program Teams. The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to further enhancing academic quality, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful completion of the Yearly Progress Report (YPR) 2025-26 at The University of Faisalabad.
