QEC Conducts a Training Session on “How to Prepare the PREE Report” for the Academic Year 2025-26

Quality Enhancement Cell organized a training session on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, in Amin Campus, for the Program Team members to facilitate the preparation of PREE reports for the Academic Year 2025-26. The session aimed to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the updated PREE guidelines and to promote a standardized approach to the preparation of PREE reports across academic programs.

Prof Dr Zahir Ahmad Zahir, Director QEC, welcomed the participants and emphasized the significance of the PREE standards as a mechanism for sustaining academic quality and fostering continuous improvement within the institution.

Mr Muhammad Ikram delivered a detailed presentation covering the PREE framework, orientation to the PREE manual, and practical guidance on the preparation of PREE reports. A sample PREE report was reviewed to enhance participants’ understanding of report structure, evidence requirements, and documentation.

The session concluded with an interactive discussion during which participants’ queries were addressed. The QEC appreciated the active engagement of the participants and reiterated its commitment to supporting departments throughout the PREE process.
