Training Workshops on PREE Successfully Conducted at The University of Faisalabad

The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) successfully conducted training workshops on the Program Review
for Effectiveness and Enhancement (PREE) at both campuses of The University of Faisalabad.
These sessions were designed to strengthen participants’ understanding of the PREE framework and the
revised Self-Assessment Report (SAR) manual for the academic year 2024–2025.
The workshops were actively attended by Program Team (PT) members, who are now better equipped to
lead and contribute to the self-assessment process, thereby supporting continuous academic
improvement and institutional effectiveness.
These sessions mark a key step forward in ensuring quality and excellence in academic programs at
TUF.
Key highlights of the workshops included:

- Detailed training on the updated SAR manual and its implementation.
- Practical demonstrations on preparing SARs in line with the latest HEC guidelines.
