Dr. Imran Ahmed Shahzad compared the slow progression of job markets with the increasing number of educated youth around the country and alarmed the participants' (academicians) about their evolving roles at the juncture of the second decade. He suggested; the situation must be taken with iron hands as it has pushed us to the corner and left no choice except producing job providers rather than job seekers. He identified the training needs to enhance understanding of future graduates from all fields of studies. He said the solution lies in sprinkling the flavor of entrepreneurship on 'golden brains' around the country. He further suggested how to save the million dollar ideas from getting unnoticed, theft or wasted. Lastly he gave details about the roles of the Business Incubation Centre-BiC; established at The University of Faisalabad under the given rules and regulations of Higher Education Commission-HEC of Pakistan. The participants were eager and motivated to impart.
